Congratulations on completing your first week of the challenge! In some ways the first week of the challenge can be very difficult because you have to figure out all the rules and make changes. In other ways, it can be the easiest week because your motivation is high. So how did we do this week? As a group we lost a total of 102 pounds!!! That's almost a full person! It makes me so happy and excited. More important than the weight, I hope you are al starting to FEEL better! I know I am. I feel so much better when I'm living the challenge rules. I'm not sure why it's so hard to keep doing it when a challenge isn't going!
