A day late posting due to the holiday. We went out of town again and I didn't have my computer with me.
Like many of you, I have been getting very frustrated because the scale isn't moving like I want it to. However, it is always refreshing to take measurements and see that eating healthy and exercising really is working even if the scale doesn't want to show it. As a group, we have lost 85 pounds so far, and 354 inches! It is amazing we can do that in only 4 weeks. Lets double that in the next four weeks. Here are this week's results: The 2+ Club you will see each week are the people who lost 2 - 4.9 pounds during the week.
