Congratulations on finishing your first week of the wellness challenge!! As a group we lost a total of 121.6 lbs!! That's so awesome from only one week. Hopefully you are starting to feel better, have more energy and are getting used to all the rules each day. The first week is hardest for people who haven't done the challenge before as they try to figure out all the rules and make them work in their day to day life. Keep working at it. You'll see results. Please be aware that most people have a big loss during the first week of the challenge because of the changes you have made to your diet and exercise. Don't get discouraged in the coming weeks when you start losing only 1-2 lbs/week. That is a healthy weight loss and normal in this challenge. Before I tell you the week one results, I want to put out a little disclaimer. I recently had my computer crash and have had to re-create all of my spreadsheets I use to keep track of everyone's points. I'm taking extra time to check my formulas, but please check your numbers carefully and let me know if you see anything that looks incorrect.
