Before I post this weeks points, I want to remind you all that next week when you report your points, you will also need to take your measurements and report using the week 4 point report. If you don't, you will find that there is nowhere to post your measurement points.
If you gain inches, you do NOT lose points, you just don't earn points. I know this seems unfair for those of you bulking up because of the bicep curls, but I don't know a way to keep it even for everyone. Can you believe we are already almost half way done?? Are you accomplishing your goals? If not, what can you do do re-commit and or step it up? Our list of members of the 2+ group is dwindling! It's only been two weeks and many have commented that their clothes are fitting more loosely. Keep up the good work! It will get harder in the next couple of weeks, and then it will get easy again once your body is used to all these changes. Don't give up! In just two weeks we have already lost 199 lbs! Like I said before this is not a lose weight fast program. 1-2 lbs is a normal, good weight-loss. Don't get frustrated when you don't see larger numbers. You will be shocked at the inches lost when we measure again in week four.

Well Done Everyone!!! What a wonderful first week! It feels so good to be eating right and exercising again. Why do we let it slip between challenges when it feels so good?? Keep up the good work. You will see results. I have to keep reminding myself of that as well.

Also, please know that I am a little lenient during the first point report while people are trying to figure out how things work, but going forward, if your points are not in when I go in to tally them, they will not count for that week. Well Done Everyone!!! On the first weigh-in, you do not need to report anything to me. You do need to take your measurements and take your weight and log them into your spreadsheet. Please ensure you take accurate measurements and weight. If you haven't downloaded the spreadsheet yet, you can download it under the "Rules" tab. Watch the YouTube tutorial below to see how to download and set up your spreadsheet with your initial weight and measurements.
