Well Done Everyone!!! Oops, I made a mistake! In order to save time when I'm posting the weekly results, rather than re-typing everything I usually just update the weekly post from the previous challenge. However, for some reason this one posted a week earlier than it was supposed to. So for those of you who saw this post before Sunday at 10:30 p.m. You were seeing the post from the previous challenge, not this one. The results posted below are the current results. I'm sorry for the confusion.
Week 4 is always my favorite mid-challenge weigh-in, because I love being able to measure myself and see that not only am I losing weight, but I am also losing inches. It feels good. I'm starting to fit into clothes I haven't been able to wear for a long time. The second half of the challenge is the hardest. This is where people start to give up on themselves and the healthy habits they want to create. Don't give up! This is why I have you review you goals and reasons for signing up for the challenge during week 4, to hopefully motivate you to stay strong for another 4 weeks. As a group we lost a total of 256 inches in just four weeks! Let's do that again during the last half of the challenge!
