I can tell it's getting close to the end of the challenge. By your comments, I've learned that this is a very busy time and it's getting hard to get it all done. We're feeling the same on our team as well. But we just keep on going. Slow and steady wins the race. Every little thing we do to become healthier makes a difference. So let's just keep on going and making ourselves a priority. We only have about 1.5 weeks left to go. WE CAN DO THIS!! 2+ Club - Tasha Joseph, Vanessa Skinner Congratulations team Cheetah!!

We are down another 30lbs this week! The weight is starting to slow down, but it's still coming off for many of us, little by little. Keep working hard! Don't give up. This is where you can really start making eating healthy a habit and not just something you're doing for a short while. We only have 2.5 weeks left, so keep going strong. Here are this weeks results! 2+ Club - Maria Chiara, Melanee Bates, Kim Hobson, Adria Eilers, Mandy Simmons Week 4! We're half way done with the challenge. It's hard to believe. Sometimes the day to day of the challenge can feel like a lot and it can get discouraging looking at the scale each week, but as I've mentioned before, the tape measure almost always shows results. This week was not different. In only four weeks we have lost a total of 291 pounds and 171.73 inches! In only four weeks! Don't let the hard days get you down. Tiny bits of progress add up.
Congratulations on a successful first half of the challenge. Stay strong to the end! Here are this weeks results. 5+ Club - Clifton Koon, 2+ Club - Tasha Joseph, Andy Bartholomew, Kari Smith, Jared Hawes, Mary Ann Hawes, Congratulations on another week of building good habits! I have been running these challenges off and on since 2008 and this is always the point of the challenge where I start to see a dip in some of the weekly points. Because of this, your week four challenge is a set challenge for you to reevaluate your goals and motivations for doing the challenge to help prevent that from happening to you. Changing old habits and building new healthier habits can be very hard. Keep working hard. I'm excited to see all your measurements next week after only 4 weeks of all your hard work.
