Before I post this weeks points, I want to remind you all that next week when you report your points, you will also need to take your measurements and report using the week 4 point report. If you don't, you will find that there is nowhere to post your measurement points.

Another great week in the books! This challenge was not created for quick weightloss. While there are a few people who see large weightloss week after week, a majority of people only lose 1-2 lbs/week. Do not get discouraged. Each pound is a success! If you keep working hard you will see awesome results on the scale and with the tape measure in week 4.

Well Done Everyone!!! What a wonderful first week! It feels so good to be eating right and exercising again. Why do we let it slip between challenges when it feels so good?? Keep up the good work. You will see results.
Before I announce this week's winners, I just want to remind everyone that if you make a mistake while reporting your points, you just need to go in and report them again, and then leave a note in the comment box that those are the points you want me to use. Also, please know that I am a little lenient during the first point report while people are trying to figure out how things work, but going forward, if your points are not in when I go in to tally them, they will not count for that week. Please be aware that most people have a big loss during the first week of the challenge because of the changes you have made to your diet and exercise. Don't get discouraged in the coming weeks when you start losing only 1-2 lbs/week. That is a healthy weight loss.
