This weeks challenge is for you to workout together as a team. You do not have to be physically together, but doing a workout activity that all teammates can participate in in your separate locations. For instance, your team could decide that this week we are all going to work on abs together. Each person starts with doing 10 sit-ups on day 1. Day 2, we double it. Day 3 we add another 10, etc.
It could be lunges. It could be that each day you're going to increase the speed on your treadmill just a little bit more. It doesn't matter what the challenge is, it just needs to challenge the members on your team, and all team members must be able to participate in the challenge (if you want to get all your team points anyway). You wouldn't want to do a lunge challenge if someone on your team had bad knees and couldn't do lunges. You are only required to do the workout challenge on your 5 required workout days.
I just Googled "7 day Ab Workout" and several different workouts popped up. I'm sure you could find tons of different workout challenges specific to the interests of your team. Be creative and have fun with this week's challenge. Who knows, finding a new team workout challenge each week may be an activity that you will want to continue throughout the Building Good Habits Challenge to build unity. :)
