I LOVE to stretch, but often don't do my stretching after a workout because I have other things to do. I really believe that stretching is important, so I've decided that this week's challenge is to do just that....STRETCH!! Check out the links below to find stretches you can do while you are sitting at your desk at work. You don't have to be at the gym or at home.
To earn your 35 points this week you need to spend 5-10 min. stretching 5 days. Even if you aren't doing a full workout it is still good to stretch your body and relieve some of the stress that we let pile on each day. Each day you do your stretching you earn 7 points for a total of 35 points.
