Challenge:
Do 25 push-ups every day this week.
Earn 5 points each day you complete your 25 pushups for a total of 35 possible points.
What?
Push-ups are good for strengthening and toning all of your upper body. They work your arms, back AND abs! There are many different variations of doing push-ups to make this challenge possible for all fitness levels. This website shows videos of four different variations of push-ups from the very beginner to a Spartan pushup. On this website, they are doing 100 pushups a day. If you feel like 25 pushups isn't really a challenge for you, go for the 100 pushups/day. However, you are only required to do 25/day for this challenge. The good news is that you don't have to do all 25 at the same time either. You can spread them out during the day.
