There is a lot of controversy about soda in the world of health. Most agree that regular soda gives a lot of empty calories and shouldn't be part of a healthy diet. However, when it comes to diet soda, that's when people start to get a little defensive. Some believe that diet is okay, and some strongly disagree.
All I know is that in all my years of running this challenge, EVERY CHALLENGE I get an email from someone saying I gave up all soda for this challenge and I saw huge changes in my body. So, this week, I'm challenging you all to give up soda for the week; anything that includes carbonation.
Each day you are able to go without indulging in a soda drink you earn 5 points. 5 Points for 7 days adds up to 35 points for the week.
