One of the things that get's me down when I'm trying to eat healthy, is I get tired of eating the same things all the time. So this week's challenge is to try a new healthy recipe. One you have never made before. It can be one you got from a teammate, or it can be one you found on Pinterest and saved to your "Healthy Eating" board. The only requirement is that it is new and it is healthy. A generic definition of "what is healthy?" is that it is high in nutrients, and lower in calories.
